Life's Essentials is an ecommerce business operating from Manitoba, Canada and serving customers in Canada and various international destinations. Products may be sourced and fulfilled through third-party suppliers located in Canada or internationally.

Life's Essentials makes reasonable efforts to present products accurately. Product images may be professionally edited, retouched, colour-corrected, upscaled, or presented in styled environments for clarity and presentation.

Minor variations in colour, packaging, finish, or appearance may occur due to displays, production batches, or supplier changes where the essential product remains as described. Review material characteristics, dimensions, included components, and specifications on the applicable product page before purchasing. Nothing in this section limits rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Products and variants are subject to availability. We may discontinue products or change our selection. If an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled after payment, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Prices are shown in the currency indicated by the storefront or checkout. Prices, promotions, and availability may change. The applicable price presented during checkout when an order is submitted will generally govern the transaction, subject to genuine errors and applicable law.

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase the selected products. Orders may be subject to verification, payment authorization, and availability. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, material pricing or listing errors, or inability to fulfill the order. Where an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payments are processed through Stripe and/or other payment options displayed during checkout. Life's Essentials does not directly store customers' complete payment-card numbers. A third-party payment service may also apply its own terms and privacy practices.

Available destinations, methods, estimated delivery periods, and charges are presented through the website or checkout. Orders are generally processed in approximately 1–2 business days. Typical delivery is approximately 6–12 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processes, holidays, incorrect delivery information, supplier issues, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Life's Essentials offers a voluntary 14-day return and refund policy as described in our Return & Refund Policy. We may offer a coupon, store credit, replacement, or another voluntary resolution before processing a requested refund. Customers are not required to accept an alternative where they otherwise qualify for a refund under our policy or applicable law.

The voluntary return policy does not limit additional rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.

The Life's Essentials name, original website design, original text, graphics, branding, and other original materials belonging to Life's Essentials may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without authorization except where permitted by law. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The website may be maintained, updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable where reasonably necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Life's Essentials is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies warranties, remedies, liabilities, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Canada and Manitoba, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws and other rights that may apply based on the customer's location.
