Shipping & Returns

Life's Essentials ships to many destinations worldwide. Available destinations may change as carrier and supplier availability changes. Current availability is determined at checkout.

Orders are generally processed in approximately 1–2 business days.

Typical delivery is approximately 6–12 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Actual timing may vary due to destination, carrier conditions, holidays, weather, customs processing, supplier operations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where available, tracking information will be provided after an order has shipped.

Products may be fulfilled from different countries depending on inventory and supplier location. Customers should ensure that delivery information is complete and accurate. Government-imposed duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees may apply depending on the destination and are not represented as impossible unless checkout expressly confirms a duties-paid arrangement for that order.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. If an error is discovered after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to correct the information before fulfillment where reasonably possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment begins.

If an order is substantially delayed or tracking shows an unexpected issue, contact support@lifesessentials.ca. We will investigate with the applicable supplier or carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy removes cancellation, refund, or other rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

Life's Essentials accepts eligible return or refund requests made within 14 days of delivery. Our intended voluntary policy permits a request for any reason within that period, subject to reasonable verification of the order and circumstances and any lawful or product-specific exceptions that genuinely apply.

For eligible returns under the 14-day policy, Life's Essentials covers the applicable return-shipping cost using the return method we provide or approve. Contact us before independently shipping a return so appropriate instructions can be provided.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially defective, contact us promptly with the order information. We may reasonably request photographs or other information needed to understand the issue. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement, refund, or another remedy available under applicable law.

Before processing a refund, we may offer:

• A coupon.
• Store credit.
• A replacement.
• Another voluntary resolution.

Accepting an alternative is optional. If a customer declines a coupon or store credit and otherwise qualifies for a refund under this policy or applicable law, declining the offer does not remove refund eligibility.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing time after a refund is issued may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Email support@lifesessentials.ca and include the order number and enough information to identify the purchase and understand the request. We typically respond within approximately 24–48 hours.

If something isn't right with an order, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.

This voluntary return policy is in addition to consumer rights and remedies that may apply under the laws governing a particular transaction.
