Frequently Asked Questions
Orders are generally processed in approximately 1–2 business days. Typical delivery is approximately 6–12 business days after processing. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Standard shipping is free on orders of CA$39.99 or more. Below that threshold, the intended Canadian standard rate is CA$9.99. Rates for other destinations and currencies are shown at checkout.
We accept eligible return or refund requests made within 14 days of delivery. For eligible returns, we cover the approved return-shipping method. Contact us with your order number before sending anything back; we typically respond within 24–48 hours. This voluntary policy is in addition to consumer rights that may apply.
Life's Essentials ships to many destinations worldwide. Current availability and the applicable shipping cost are determined at checkout. Government-imposed duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees may apply depending on the destination and order.
Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking information to the email address associated with your order. Customers with an account can also sign in, open Orders, and select the order to view available shipping and tracking details.
Life’s Essentials works with a network of Canadian and international suppliers. Sourcing and fulfillment locations can vary by product, inventory availability, and supplier. We focus on selecting products for their usefulness, design, functionality, and fit within the Life’s Essentials collection.
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible at support@lifesessentials.ca. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order enters fulfillment, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. This does not limit any separate cancellation rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
Gift wrapping is not currently available.
